If you’re a gardener, a DIY-er, a nature-lover or just enjoy the outdoors and fancy helping out then joining the task days are for you.
We provide equipment and training and just ask that you bring your own gloves and wear suitable clothing and footwear. It's a great way to meet new people and find out more about the area.
Tasks will include: Litter picking, cutting back overgrowth along paths, tidying the car park and wildflower seeding
Meeting Point/Location: Entrance to the Wildlife Discovery Area on Marina Drive, Shireoaks
No experience is required you can choose how much you would like to do and how long you can stay, tasks are suited to all abilities. We meet on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 10.30am-13.30pm.
